Being a certified Nutrition Consultant has taught me that having a healthy diet doesn't need to equal denying yourself food that you love. What we eat on a daily basis has a direct effect on how we feel and look, and eating to feel the best we can is totally doable, and sustainable. No fad diets here - just coaching on what to eat to make you feel great. ABOUT ME

Food is Life!

After having the youngest of my three children in 2016, I discovered healthy eating and fitness in a big way - it was something I could do for me within the chaos of family life! 


Feeding three young children became tricky, with picky eaters, a newly converted vegetarian and a baby to contend with. I want the absolute best for my family to ensure they are as healthy and happy as they can be - all these different eating habits was quite the challenge! This all contributed to growing my interest around food and the part it plays in influencing how good, or bad, we feel. In 2018 I started studying to become a Nutrition Consultant, to combine my love of food with the knowledge to be able to help others.  


I am certified with the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) for Nutrition and Weight Management, and I am also certified in Nutrition with a Scientific Approach (BSY). 

I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your health and nutrition challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results, whether in a group setting or one to one.
